May – June 2026
119,042 combined reach · 2 months

Traffic was already arriving — we found exactly where the sale was stalling.

Starting point

A brand with strong aesthetic positioning, but a real doubt: is the R$200 price wrong, or is the value simply not being communicated? Traffic arrived, but the sale stalled — and no one knew exactly where.

The move · what the house did

  • Brand validation via social + paid traffic (May): proving the aesthetic positioning attracts new, qualified audiences.
  • Surgical diagnosis of the sales funnel on Meta Ads: finding the exact point of friction.
  • Optimization and multi-platform integration (June): Instagram + TikTok, conversion campaign, resellers.
  • Two strategic studies: evolution of the site structure (Nuvemshop, page by page) and market & price research (niche benchmark).

Site structure

Price research

National and international niche benchmark. Positioned at the center of the R$150–250 range, with a unique space: brazilianness + high perfumery.

Also in this work

  • Profile campaign: +272 paid followers at R$ 1.11 each — 43.2% of visits converting.
  • Last 15 days of traffic: CPM fell from R$ 26.57 to R$ 18.51; CTR rose from 1.86% to 2.32%.
  • Price research: the brand gathers 6 of the 7 value factors at the highest level (100% vegetable wax, a perfumer trained in Paris, original label art). It is undervalued. Recommendation: keep R$200 and communicate value — never lower it.

Moda de Poder

Cultural platform for personal branding

CultivationMarca de SiBrands
Jul 2025 – Apr 2026
4 + 1 pillars + 1 connecting thread

From style tips to a cultural platform — a category shift.

Starting point

A brand with soul, but scattered: it talked about fashion when the real subject was identity and power. It lacked an editorial system — pillars, voice, architecture — to become a platform (English-first), not a page of style tips.

The move · what the house did

  • Content-pillar architecture (Cultivo): a system of 4 pillars + 1 connecting thread, with a Core / Casual / New accessibility framework.
  • Ready-to-post writing by pillar (reels, carousels, statics) + a cultural radar of emerging themes.
  • A per-edition e-book system — Edition 01 as the entry point.
  • Revisional site copy deck: rewrite of all 5 pages (Home, About, Mentorship, Workshops & Speaking, Library) + naming for the mentorship and library.

What was built

The pillar architecture

PRESENCE How we present ourselves to the world — style, image, communication.
POWER The capacity to own one’s life — ambition, career, decision.
CONSCIOUSNESS Inner and outer awareness — self-knowledge, conscious consumption.
DESIRE Vitality and pleasure — sensuality, creativity, energy.
THE BECOMING The connecting thread: the ongoing story of a woman in transformation.

Not a list of topics. A system where each post adds to a cumulative narrative.

The brand’s etymology

MODA fashion + modo — a way of being and taking up space.
PODER power + to be able to — agency over one’s own life.

A way of being, and the power to become.

The system delivered

  • 4-pillar architecture + connecting thread + Core / Casual / New framework
  • Bank of ready-to-post content by pillar (reels, carousels, statics)
  • Per-edition e-book system (Edition 01 + theme roadmap)
  • Revisional site copy deck — 5 pages rewritten
  • Product naming (mentorship + library)
  • Cultural radar of emerging themes internal document
EDITIONS SYSTEM

Not an e-book. An editorial line.

Edition 01 is the entry point. Each next edition goes deeper into a theme — always inside the Moda de Poder method.

From consultancy to platform

The category shift — from fashion tips to cultural platform — is the case’s central move. What changes isn’t the makeup: it’s the reading of what the brand is. Repositioning, not retouching.

Also in this work

  • Proprietary naming for the mentorship and library — the brand becomes vocabulary.

Starting point

A professional from the interior of Minas Gerais, a technical niche (social security / INSS), with no media budget. The hypothesis: can you break through reach with content quality and consistency alone?

The move · what the house did

  • Marca de Si: positioning as a humanized lawyer (warmth, ethics, firmness) — face, voice, presence.
  • Cultivo: consistent content operation in the seated talking-head format (Conversation Mode), translating dense topics (BPC, LOAS, sick leave, pension, review) into accessible language.

NRF authority turned into product, scale and a ROAS the niche doesn’t see.

Starting point

Real authority built at NRF 2026, but scattered across ephemeral content. What was missing was turning presence into product, scale and institutionalization — without inflating the promise, in an adult voice.

The move · what the house did

  • Marca de Si: institutionalizing Cecília as a strategist (intellectual voice, authority — not virality).
  • NRF coverage as a market-reading platform, turning into dense content (analyses, benchmarks, daily reports as backbone).
  • Smart paid traffic: amplifying only what already had an organic signal — content is the financial engine of the traffic.

Boutique venue · intimate events space

BrandsCultivationArq
Aug 2025 – Mar 2026
82 boutique gatherings · Brooklyn, NY

The small space became the positioning — not the excuse.

Starting point

An intimate space, with neighbourhood soul and historic stained glass in Brooklyn, but without a brand worthy of the experience. It needed to turn "small space" into positioning — and give it a symbol, a voice and a system.

The move · what the house did

  • Repositioning (Brands): the small scale becomes an advantage, not a limitation. Territory: character > luxury, community as DNA, curated versatility.
  • Full visual identity: the "Heart Bloom" symbol, a custom wordmark with the tagline "Boutique Gatherings", palette, typography, iconography and applications.
  • Content pillars (Cultivo) + site + media kit.

What was built

The 4 positioning differentials

Scale as advantage The edited space as strength, not limit.
Character > Luxury Historic stained glass, Brooklyn soul and the founder’s story.
Curated versatility Weddings, creatives, companies — always with intimate character.
Community as DNA A local icon with global resonance; a mission with purpose.

The symbol · Heart Bloom

Two heart-petals meeting on a stem. The petals are connection and duality — creativity meets community; the gradient is emotional depth and transformation; the stem is rootedness and care.

The system delivered

  • Repositioning (boutique gatherings + mission/vision + 4 differentials)
  • Heart Bloom symbol + custom wordmark + tagline

Starting point

The move · what the house did

  • Flipping the production logic: from "Bioma films, social transforms" to "social produces, Bioma approves" — autonomous carousels, posts and Reels (including with AI); the client films only 2–3 short videos a month.

BrandsArqCultivation
Oct 2025 – Feb 2026
67 brandbook pages · full rebrand

From NICKIDS to ZaHaus — the whole rebrand in a single gesture.

Starting point

A brand with a strong product, but a name and identity that couldn’t hold its ambition: a children’s movement school with no brand system, no product architecture, no symbolic territory. It arrived as NICKIDS.

The move · what the house did

  • Naming (Brands): from NICKIDS to ZaHaus — "ZA" (from Hebrew zaz, "to move") + "HAUS" (home, belonging). Two syllables, sonorous, memorable.
  • Repositioning: from school to "the house of movement" — the body as the base of learning, emotional health and identity.
  • Full visual identity: logotype, palette, typography (Lyno Walt + Raisonne Pro), iconography and brand universe (12 motor skills as animals).
  • Product architecture (Arq): an ecosystem of sub-brands by age group + site (Cultivo).

What was built

Building the name

ZA from Hebrew zaz — to move; the body in action.
HAUS home, structure, belonging.

ZaHaus — the house that moves.

Sub-brand architecture

ZALUMA ages 3–8 Imagination, awakening.
ZAFLOW ages 8–12 Fluidity, courage, rhythm.
ZAZONE ages 12+ Presence, focus, a club of its own.
ADVENTUREHAUS Summer camp Exploration, autonomy.
FAMILYHAUS Family / community Intergenerational bond.

ZA (body in action) + HAUS (home/belonging) present across the whole ecosystem.

The system delivered

  • Naming NICKIDS → ZaHaus (with rationale)
  • Repositioning "the house of movement" + mission, vision and 5 values
  • Full brandbook — visual identity, 67 pages
  • Brand universe: 12 motor skills + animals
