The infoproduct market today is divided in two extremes. On one side, course factories that deliver commodity — single method, generic identity, off-the-shelf rented platform. On the other, launch agencies that treat the product as a funnel — conversion metric above all, content as sales instrument, identity that appears to disappear at checkout. Neither treats the infoproduct as authored work.
Atelier is the middle ground. Whole construction conducted by a single creative direction, at human scale. Authored open-source stack. Platform under the client's own domain — no dependence on shelves that charge lifetime monthly fees. The work belongs to the author. The method belongs to the house.
