Authored Products

Infoproduct isn't commodity.
It's a work.

Infoproduct as work.

Atelier builds end-to-end authored infoproducts for specialists with their own thesis. Ninety days, from briefing to active platform, with authored identity and technical infrastructure under the client's domain. Two to three projects per year — operation at human scale.

Modalities

Between course factories and launch funnels,
the middle ground is missing.

The infoproduct market today is divided in two extremes. On one side, course factories that deliver commodity — single method, generic identity, off-the-shelf rented platform. On the other, launch agencies that treat the product as a funnel — conversion metric above all, content as sales instrument, identity that appears to disappear at checkout. Neither treats the infoproduct as authored work.

Atelier is the middle ground. Whole construction conducted by a single creative direction, at human scale. Authored open-source stack. Platform under the client's own domain — no dependence on shelves that charge lifetime monthly fees. The work belongs to the author. The method belongs to the house.

Who it serves

  • Founders with identifiable thesis building digital work
  • Authors transforming book or method into authored product
  • Niche professionals building public authority
  • Educators who want technical and aesthetic sovereignty

In common: specialists with thesis, not raw idea. Atelier builds on existing thesis.

Who it refuses

  • Those who need a ready product in thirty days
  • Those seeking replicable method to resell
  • Those who confuse infoproduct with class production
  • Those expecting a launch formula embedded in the project
  • Those who bring an idea but not a thesis

Volume filters naturally. Two to three projects per year — not bottleneck, principle.

Three layers operate in every construction.

Atelier does not operate by named models — it operates by declared sequence. Method in formation, principles cravados. Each project is whole construction, conducted by a single creative direction, from briefing to active platform.

Authored narrative structure

Diagnosis of cultural void, market refusal, delivery of structure. Every work built by Atelier carries these three movements. Without the refusal, the product becomes one more course on the topic. With the refusal, it becomes an offer with thesis.

Editorial thesis and pillars

Identified thesis, pillars with declared proportions, the product's own voice. Atelier consumes the Cultivation method at this core — because an infoproduct is, in essence, editorial operation concentrated in a closed work.

Authored technical architecture

Platform in own code, under the client's domain. Authored stack with database, authentication, member area. Documented, replicable, evolutive. The client receives not only the product, but the infrastructure that sustains the operation for the coming years.

Two contracting models. The client decides between them within criteria defined in the briefing.

Model A · Authored Construction

Project · 90 days · Fixed fee

The client pays a fixed value for end-to-end construction. Receives the constructed work and holds full ownership over the product, the identity, and the technical platform. Includes support during production and the initial phase of operation. The house has no subsequent participation.

Standard modality. For clients who want total autonomy after delivery.

Value by scope · revealed in briefing

Start Briefing · Model A

Model B · Authored Partnership

Project · 90 days + Accompaniment · contractual term

The client pays a lower production fee and grants a percentage of the product's net revenue for a determined period. The house operates as an economic partner of the product during the term, with continuous involvement in its evolution.

Premium modality. Access by qualification in the briefing — identifiable own thesis, public authority under construction, demonstrated capacity to generate own traffic or community, willingness to operate in partnership.

Start Briefing · Model B

A work begins with thesis.

Entry into Atelier is through qualified conversation — ninety minutes to map the specialist's thesis, the audience they already have or are building, and the work they want to construct. No proposal before the briefing.
